	Franczyk, LLC John Franczyk founded Franczyk, LLC on the simple premise that successful entrepreneurs and growing businesses need to understand and plan for their expenditures for legal services., and more significantly to realize tangible value in exchange for those expenditures. We meet with our clients to develop strategies and reasonable budgets for implementing those strategies and achieving desired goals.
	Our team of attorneys brings years of experience in both business and law to provide legal services geared toward forming businesses, protecting intellectual property assets, developing financial strategies to expand those businesses, and protecting and defending those businesses where they become embroiled in litigation. In all cases, we understand that the client's business and goals are paramount and we formulate plans that place that business and those goals ahead of all other considerations.			Engineering Background The Firm's founder, John Franczyk, earned an engineering degree with honors from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York. Following stints with Procter & Gamble and IBM, he graduated with honors from Northwestern University Law School in Chicago and honed his legal skills as an associate and partner with large and mid-sized Chicago law firms before founding his own shop. John is a registered patent attorney, a seasoned commercial lawyer, and a business-oriented litigator with experience in both the state and federal court systems.
